Regulatory & Standards Development
We support the formulation of sustainability-related policies, guidelines, and technical standards through in-depth research and stakeholder engagement. CSWM UI has collaborated with national institutions such as the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag), Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin), and the Nusantara Capital City Authority (IKN) to strengthen regulatory frameworks that drive circular economy and sustainable industry transformation.
Green Business Feasibility Studies
This program assesses the economic, environmental, and social viability of sustainable business models. By combining technical analysis with market insights, we help partners identify green opportunities and scale sustainable operations. Our team has conducted feasibility studies on Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) development and other circular economy projects in collaboration with local governments and private sectors.
Sustainability Implementation Consultancy
We provide end-to-end guidance for industries and organizations to integrate sustainability into their operations. Our consultancy covers process optimization, product development, system implementation, and failure analysis, ensuring practical and measurable results toward cleaner and more efficient production systems.
Sustainability Training & Capacity Building
CSWM UI strengthens human resource capacity in the green sector through structured training programs. We organize Green Jobs Training and Green Jobs Certification, complemented by our monthly learning series, Skill Up Corner, designed to equip professionals and students with practical sustainability skills.
Sustainability Reporting
Our Sustainability Reporting program supports companies and campuses in aligning their practices with national and global standards such as GRI, SDGs, and ESG indicators. We have supported the preparation of Sustainability Reports for PT Argha Karya Prima Industri and are currently developing the Campus Sustainability Report for Universitas Indonesia.
